Each product goes through a meticulous cycle of design, manufacturing, and real-athlete testing, ensuring uncompromising quality, innovation, and on-court performance.


Fueled by rapid growth across social D2C channels and influencer marketing, Montis quickly became a standout success in the direct-to-consumer sports footwear space. With that momentum came new opportunities — and new challenges. Managing surging demand, inventory logistics, and scaling operations became the next stage in Montis’s journey to sustain its upward trajectory.

The Problem

As Montis Pickleball expanded its reach online, one recurring challenge emerged — shoe sizing and fit. As a growing brand, Montis offered sizes with wide sizes, which made it difficult for customers who typically wore shoes without wide available sizes to find their perfect fit. This often turned the shopping experience into a guessing game, with the brand advising shoppers or shoppers purchasing multiple sizes.


This approach led to a surge in returns, which not only reduced customer satisfaction but also impacted repeat purchase rates and overall media efficiency. For an international customer base, the complexity deepened — converting between U.S., U.K., and EU size systems introduced more friction during checkout.
