The Brand

TYR was founded in 1985 and quickly became the leader in technical swimwear in the competitive swim landscape. Since its inception, TYR has become a premier fitness brand and begun manufacturing and distributing footwear products. TYR developed several footwear SKUs for various fitness use cases from training, lifting, runner, and even an all-court shoe.

TYR skyrocketed with success with their footwear lines through influencers and d2c marketing, leading them to build physical retail locations across North America.

The Problem

TYR's success through direct-to-consumer marketing channels was widely successful. Being featured on influencer YouTube channels, Instagram, TikTok, and more led to a boom in footwear sales. However, due to the challenge of not having a physical retail store, shoppers could not try on the shoe to understand the sizing & fit before purchase. Furthermore, TYR does not offer free returns, which created hesitation among many new shoppers purchasing their TYR shoes online.

TYR's footwear growth was limited by online shoppers' sizing and fit concerns, leading to high return rates for those reasons. TYR looked to solve this problem with sizing guides, but they did not help.

The Solution

TYR and ReaLift partnered together to launch a web-based footwear sizing solution to help shoppers find the ideal shoe size for the first time. Upon success in North America, TYR launched RealFoot on their EU Website properties.
