The Brand
Vamp Heels was born from the idea of Amber Ben, the Director & Head designer of Vivaz Dance, who saw a need for a high-heel engineered dance shoes. Starting out of the Vivaz Dance HQ, Vamp Heels realized incredible D2C growth through Meta & TikTok social media channels on their D2C website. With their sophisticated and appealing designs, Vamp has seen incredible buzz in the dance community internationally.
The Problem
Vamp Heels has seen tremendous growth in a short amount of time, but being a D2C online brand, sizing across the product catalog is a major challenge, since shoppers are unable to try on the shoes in-store. Vamp Heels tried various methods to solve sizing, such as built out size charts, FAQ content, and printable sizing help to help shoppers find the ideal heel size.
Even with these approaches, Vamp Heels realized a high return rate for new shoppers, whom have been unable to try on the heels previously, or had sizing issues. More so, sizing was their number one customer service inquiry and dominated time spent from the customer service team.
The Solution
