The Brand
Vivaz Dance was overhauled in 2014 by Amber Ben and her husband who saw the opportunity to create an online brand for dancewear out of Sydney Australia. In a short amount of time they found incredible growth online via their D2C website through social media channels and word of mouth. Vivaz Dance became a brand dance studios could turn to supply their dance studios with great dance footwear products for their students.
The Problem
Vivaz Dance has had a great international presence out of Austrialia for many years. But recently, they realized incredible growth with more consumer behavior turning to online commerce channels for footwear. Vivaz Dance had a major challenge as all dancewear brands faced online: sizing and fit was a major reason for returns which hurt their growth. In addition to returns, customer service teams were bogged down with numerous inquiries. Creating Fit & Sizing web pages and updating size charts did not seem to cut down in the return rates, and the Vivaz Dance team looked outwards for solutions to help solve this issue.
The Solution
Vivaz Dance and ReaLift, partnered together, to launch a web-based footwear sizing solution, to help shoppers find the ideal shoe size, the first time.
After 75 days of launching ReaLift on their footwear products, Vivaz Dance gained substantial improvements in KPIs including:
